Jack Spitzer
Brief Bio
Born in Tacoma, Washington, Jack Spitzer is a product of being raised in the Pacific Northwest glass scene. His early exposure to the medium - influenced by his grandmother's involvement with the Museum of Glass - led him to begin blowing glass at the age of twelve. Spitzer is apprentice to Dante Marioni, Jason Christian, and is a member on Dale Chihuly's glassblowing team. Spitzer's early connection to the material and its history has shaped a practice rooted in tradition, yet driven by innovation.
